Are You Looking For a Bolivar Flooring Today?
I'm Jaclyn Funderburk, the owner of LazyJ Floors, LLC. I have been in the flooring industry since 1987 and in Texas since 1997.
The LazyJ was my Father's registered cattle brand from back in the 1940s. He was a horseman as well as a fine carpenter. His Father was a cabinet maker and carpenter from Germany as was his Father. Perfect workmanship was not a goal, it was a requirement.
Lazy J Floors - Bolivar Hardwood Flooring
In addition to the desirability of hard flooring, another big advantage is the fact that they are very easy to clean. It is hard to stain Bolivar hardwood floors as they do not have much absorption power. That said, if you spill a drink on them all you have to worry about is quickly wiping the spill up and drying off the Bolivar floor. Furthermore, if the Bolivar floors become dusty or dirty the only thing that you need to do is sweep them. This can be accomplished with a broom and a dust pan or with the assistance of a vacuum cleaner. There are vacuum cleaners on the market to today that are designed for use on hardwood floors. These vacuums will give you the best chance at getting the area as clean as possible.
Bolivar Wood Finishing
Wood in its natural form cannot be used as it is. It needs lots of cosmetic changes to it before it can be supplied to the market. Bolivar wood finishing is one such change. The process of embellishing or protecting the surface of any wooden material means "Wood finishing " Generally, it starts with the surface preparation which is done by sanding by hand, scraping or planing. Holes and Imperfections are filled with wood filler. Quite often the wood color is changed by staining, bleaching and number of other such Bolivar methods. Once the wooden surface is prepared and stained, several numbers of coats of finish are applied. Often sanding between the coats. Finishing takes several hours to complete.
